Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

The Hooptie Rentals Campaign is a text messaging program that sends rental confirmations, reminders, status updates, and promotional offers to customers who request a rental or opt in. The Campaign is operated by Hooptie Rentals and delivered through Twilio, our SMS service provider.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle.
• You must be the owner of the mobile phone number you provide, or have authorization to use it.
• The Campaign is available to U.S. mobile phone numbers only.

3. How to Opt In

You can join the Campaign by:

• Providing your mobile number when booking a rental.
• Texting a keyword (such as HOOPTIE) to our Campaign number, 754-600-1016.
• Checking the SMS opt-in box on our website or booking form.

4. Message Types & Frequency

By participating, you consent to receive the following message types:

• Transactional — booking confirmations, pickup/return reminders, and time-sensitive rental alerts (sent as needed).
• Marketing — weekly promotional offers, deal alerts, and referral program updates (up to one message per week).

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel the Campaign at any time by:

• Replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message.
• Calling or texting 754-600-1016.
• Contacting us through our Contact page.

After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing messages. You may still receive required transactional messages related to an active rental. To opt out of those too, contact us directly.

7. Promotional Offers

Promotional offers sent through the Campaign are subject to availability and may have specific terms stated in the offer message. Unless otherwise stated, promotions apply to the standard weekly rental rate of $200/week with a $50 deposit. Offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may expire. Hooptie Rentals reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.

8. Rental Terms

Standard rental terms apply to all rentals: $200/week flat rate, $50 refundable deposit, minimum 2-week rental, valid driver's license required, no credit check, vehicle returned with a full tank, and no smoking in vehicles. The renter is 100% liable for accidents and at-fault incidents. Participation in the Campaign does not guarantee a rental or vehicle availability.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Campaign is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and phone number.

10. Liability

Hooptie Rentals is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier, device, or network. We are not responsible for message or data charges incurred. Your participation in the Campaign is at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify you as required. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
