I spent years working behind the counter for the big-name rental agencies, and I am finally pulling back the curtain on the Punta Gorda car rental game. Every time you book with those household names at the Punta Gorda Airport, you are paying a premium for their overhead, corporate bloat, and those 'convenience' fees that stack up faster than sand in your shoes at Laishley Park. It is time you know the truth: you are being overcharged by design.
Let’s look at the cold, hard math. If you rent from Enterprise, Hertz, Avis, Budget, or Sixt, you are easily looking at $65 per day. That balloons to $455 per week once they pile on the surcharges and taxes. Meanwhile, your neighbor is paying $200 per week at Hooptie. That is a staggering savings of over $255 every single week. That is extra cash for a weekend boat trip or a fancy dinner at Fishermen’s Village.
Whether you are navigating down US-41 or heading out to Punta Gorda Isles for a tarpon fishing tournament, you do not need to empty your savings to get around Southwest Florida. We believe in simplicity: a $200/week flat rate, a tiny $50 deposit, and absolutely no credit checks. We do not care about your score; we care about getting you on the road.
From economy commuters to rugged V8 towing vehicles for your Peace River adventures, we have the fleet to keep you moving. We require a 2-week minimum, keeping our operations lean and our prices low. Stop feeding the corporate machine and keep your money where it belongs—in your wallet.
Can I rent a car if I have bad credit?
Yes, we do not perform credit checks. We prioritize transparency and getting you on the road without the hurdles traditional agencies use to gatekeep rentals.
What kind of vehicles do you offer for rent?
